Review Policy
Review is carried out for the purpose of ensuring the quality of scholarly publications and adherence to the principles of academic integrity, taking into account the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics / COPE.
A double-blind peer review procedure is applied, ensuring anonymity of authors and reviewers and objectivity of evaluation.
Reviewers are recruited from among scholars in the relevant scientific specialisations who hold an academic degree and have appropriate publication activity.
Review involves evaluation of the scientific level of the manuscript, its relevance, novelty, theoretical and practical significance, and conformity to the journal's profile and requirements.
Following the review, the reviewer issues a written conclusion with one of the following recommendations:

- recommend for publication after revision;
- reject.
Review results are documented in the form of a written review, which is retained by the Publishing Department in accordance with the established requirements.
Materials submitted for review are confidential and are not disclosed without the consent of the parties. Reviewing is carried out on a non-fee basis.
