Open Access Policy
Open Access Status
The journal "Information Security of the Person, Society and State" is an open access journal ("diamond" model):
- free for the author — the journal does not charge any fees for submission, review or publication of a manuscript (for details see the Article Processing Charges page);
- free for the reader — full-text articles are available without registration and without restrictions on the journal website inf-bez.nasbu.edu.ua.
Publication of Full Texts
The electronic version of the journal is published after the release of the printed version on the website inf-bez.nasbu.edu.ua with Ukrainian and English interfaces, with free and unrestricted access to scholarly articles.
Each article is available as a separate full-text item, accompanied by title, abstract, keywords and list of references in Ukrainian and/or English, has a separate standardised resource address (URL) and is presented in HTML and/or PDF formats.
Licence
All materials of the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence — for details see the Copyright and Licensing page.
Self-Archiving Permission
The publisher allows authors to deposit the final version of an article — the Author's Accepted Manuscript (AAM) — in an institutional or thematic repository where it is available in open access. This ensures maximum visibility and impact of the publication.
Placement in National Repositories
The electronic version of the journal is hosted on the "Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine" platform at the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (see "Information Security of the Person, Society and State").
Long-Term Preservation Guarantees
