Instructions for Authors
1. General Submission Requirements
Authors submit articles with research results that have scientific and practical significance and have not been published in other publications.
Scholarly articles are submitted with accompanying documents:
- extract from the minutes of the meeting of the structural unit of the higher education institution or scientific institution (where applicable);
- act on the results of expert evaluation of material information carriers establishing that the prepared material information carrier (manuscript) does not contain information constituting state secret or official information in the system of the Security Service of Ukraine (the act is prepared only by SSU staff).
2. Technical Formatting Requirements
Materials should be submitted to the editorial team in electronic form.

- Font — Times New Roman 14.
- Line spacing — 1.5.
- Margins: left, top, bottom — 20 mm, right — 15 mm.
- Total length of a scholarly article — 10–12 A4 pages.
3. Structure of a Scholarly Article
The structure of a scholarly article must include the following elements:
- UDC index;
- author's (authors') first name and surname;
- academic degree, academic title, position and place of work without abbreviations;
- abstract and keywords;
- extended abstract in English of not less than 2,500 characters (including keywords), accompanied by a Ukrainian translation, indicating the title, author's first name and surname, academic title and position.
The text must reflect the main content of the article and the research results.
4. Structure of the Article Text
The text of a scholarly article must be structured as follows:
- problem statement;
- analysis of recent research and publications;
- aim;
- presentation of the main material;
- conclusions;
- list of references.
5. Abstract Requirements

The abstract is provided in Ukrainian and English with a length of not less than 2,500 characters and includes keywords.
6. National Standards (DSTU)
Bibliographic references are formatted in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 Information and Documentation. Bibliographic Reference. General Provisions and Rules of Composition. Word abbreviations follow DSTU 3582:2013 Information and Documentation. Publications. Main Types. Terms and Definitions. Article structure and formatting are aligned with DSTU 3008:2015 Information and Documentation. Reports in the Sphere of Science and Technology. Structure and Rules of Formatting, taking into account international standards of scholarly publications.
7. Plagiarism Check
Articles admitted for review are those prepared in accordance with the article preparation requirements and that have passed the initial check — article uniqueness not less than 75% based on the plagiarism check results. Articles are checked by the Technical Secretary.
If concerns are raised at the initial check and plagiarism check stage, the article may be returned to the author on the grounds of insufficient uniqueness, with the plagiarism check report attached.
8. Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence
The requirements for disclosing information about the use of AI and/or large language models (LLMs) in the preparation of a manuscript are set out on the separate AI Policy page.
9. Submission of Articles
