Abstract

The article is concerned with the study of legal basis of public and private partnership in the sphere of critical infrastructure protection. International experience of critical infrastructure protection and public-private partnership legal regulation in foreign jurisdictions was analyzed. The main directions for developing public-private partnership in the field of critical infrastructure protection in Ukraine have been proposed.
