Abstract

The article deals with international practices of counteracting the unlawful interference with the state digital information resources. Conclusions are formu­lated on applying international practices for the development of cyber defense and cyber security systems in Ukraine, improvement of law enforcement agencies powers in investigating cases of the unlawful interference with the state digital information resources.
