Abstract
The article compares the main information operations of the Russian Federation targeting Ukraine with the countermeasures taken by the Ukrainian state and society. Based on the results of the analysis, an assessment of the national experience of countering information influences of the aggressor country was given and further directions for improving the domestic information security system were identified.
