Abstract
The article is devoted to monitoring of the level of cybersecurity of Ukraine in world rankings. The authors’ attention was focused on analyzing the main problems of building a national cyber defense system, considering international experience. According to the authors, ensuring the cybersecurity of the country is possible only with the comprehensive and continuous use of legal and technical methods of protection not only at the national, but also at the international level. International cooperation will ensure an adequate level of cybersecurity and protect information infrastructures in modern conditions of the information society development.
