Abstract

The article deals with the notion of dual citizenship, its legal regulation. The main threats to the national security of Ukraine related to the phenomenon of a multiple citizenship are analyzed. The experience of foreign countries from this issue is considered and the ways of legislative regulation of dual citizenship in Ukraine are offered.
